Rachael Safavi

I began my massage career in 2006 working in a spa atmosphere where I quickly learned the relationship between one’s physical and mental health. Soon after, I came to Grimsby and began practicing in a chiropractic office, focusing my skills more on rehabilitation and recovery. My passion for understanding the body has led me to continue my education and expand my skills to include cupping massage, cranial mobilization and acupuncture. Using a variety of techniques I am able to treat my clients based on their own individual needs.

I have always had a strong interest in eastern medicine and have now been practicing acupuncture for three years. It has allowed me to assess and treat my clients using a blend of both eastern and western philosophies, treating numerous common conditions including:

injuries such as shoulder and neck pain, low back pain, sprains and strains
relief of temporary or chronic pain such as headaches or arthritis
relaxation, soothing and calming the nervous system
relieving tension, anxiety and stress
increasing energy and vitality
correcting structural misalignments
treatment of chronic health conditions such as ALS, MS, diabetes, asthma, fibromyalgia
pregnancy and fertility issues

My goals are not only to help my clients in their recovery and rehab, but to also to help educate them to understand and maintain their health and bodies in order to lead healthy, happy lives.

The relaxed and intimate atmosphere here at Cruise Chiropractic and associates allows me to work with our diverse team of health care professionals to ensure the best possible client care.
