Approach: My approach to practice is evidence-based.  That is, I look to the best scientific evidence to guide the most appropriate decisions around care for a particular problem, influenced by years of experience and, most importantly, delivered within the values and expectations of the patient.  Key to any approach to care is education and reassurance.  Patients can expect a clear explanation of their problem, what treatment options are available and what can be achieved.  Shared goals and objectives of care are established.  For simple problems the goal is full recovery.  For complex, chronic problems the goal is pain management, a return to function and enhanced quality of life.  One of the unique strengths of Cruise Chiropractic and Associates is the in-house access to a diverse group of health professionals and therapies for a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
